HEAL volunteers are saving Cycads from being destroyed by machines cutting down trees in a pine planation.

Once a year HEAL has to buy new ranger uniforms as clothes are damaged very easily in the bush!





Besides the removal of snares our rangers also spend time removing alien plants, especially Lantana.





Our rangers make use of nature books to identify animals that they watch while walking in the bush.
